Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your game night experience! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


📦 Returns

You may return your board game within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The game must be in its original packaging

  • All components must be included

  • The item must not show signs of wear or damage

We cannot accept returns on games that have been opened and played unless they are defective.


🔄 Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Opened or used games (unless defective)
